Reduction for groups of at least 20/25 people: -10%. 1 free for every 25 people.
Depending on the period we may apply a surcharge over the list prices for stays of less than a week.
Double used by one person: 30% to 50% more.
B&B reduction according to the period.
Lunch service isn’t offered, either in winter or in summer.
Discounts are not granted for meals not used, for late arrivals or early departures.
Penalties in case of cancellation of the stay before arrival: loss of the deposit.
In some cases we can negotiate – if you want or need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your agreed arrival date, you can have the deposit refunded, or you can use it in another period (to be agreed).
